Decision emails, not just bell notifications — When an Advisor Compliance submission is approved, rejected, sent back for revision, or auto-decided by the AI Compliance Officer, the writer now also receives an email. It shows the decision, the reviewer's notes (or the AI officer's rationale on automatic paths), and a deep link straight back to the submission. Email follows your existing Approvals email preference, so anyone who has muted approvals emails still will not be pinged.
