Support and notifications got a lot more reliable this release.

New

• In-app chat support — There's now a chat widget inside RankGood for support questions, feedback, and help articles. It knows who you are and which plan you're on, so you don't have to explain your setup every time you reach out.
• Send Feedback button — A new Send Feedback button in the top menu bar lets you submit a feature request or bug report without leaving the app, and you can attach a screenshot right from the form.

Fixed

• Most notifications weren't actually being sent — Email and in-app notifications only worked for a handful of event types (approvals, client additions, report publishing, SEO keyword changes, and post health alerts). Every other notification type was silently going nowhere. They all fire correctly now.
• New opportunities now reach your inbox — Opportunities discovered by scheduled scans previously only went to Slack. They now trigger email and in-app notifications too.
• AI Visibility scan completions notify you — You get an email and in-app notification when a scan finishes, instead of having to check back manually.
• Brand mention summaries — Brand mentions detected during scheduled scans now send you a summary notification.
• SEO alerts are specific again — Keyword ranking changes, backlink changes, content score alerts, and competitor movement alerts each trigger their own dedicated notification instead of being swallowed.
• You'll know when Google disconnects — If your Google connection expires or its access is revoked, you're now notified to re-authorize instead of quietly getting stale data.
