Introducing Advisor Compliance

A new paid add-on for Registered Investment Advisers, broker-dealers, hybrids, and insurance producers — so regulated firms can publish content without leaving the platform.

New

  • Advisor Compliance add-on — FINRA, SEC, and state-insurance-aware rule packs, a content linter that automatically injects required disclosures (for example "Past performance is not a guarantee of future results", FDIC/SIPC language, and dual-registrant language), and an AI Compliance Officer you can run in one of three modes per firm: advisor-only review, AI-assisted auto-approve, or AI-veto.
  • Configurable multi-step approval workflow — writer to principal to CCO, with e-signature capture (typed name, IP, user agent, timestamp) on every approve, reject, and revision request.
  • Immutable 5-year compliance archive — the frozen audit trail for every resolved submission: linter result, AI officer verdict, and every reviewer action and signature.
  • Exam-ready exports — a CSV manifest, plus a one-click ZIP containing the manifest and a per-submission PDF (title, surface, firm type, rule pack version, content hash, cleaned content, lint findings, AI verdict, and signed-by table) for every archived row.
  • Pricing — $149/mo for a direct advisor, $349/mo Agency Starter, $599/mo Agency Pro (includes external compliance-firm CCO accounts).
  • Automatic routing from every publish surface — Blog publishing, LinkedIn article and short-post publish and schedule, Engagement Studio comments and organic posts on Reddit and Facebook, planner suggested-theme previews, and Data Chat replies all run through the compliance linter for advisor-tier accounts. Blockers stop a publish before it ships and show the findings; non-blockers create a review-queue record while clean content still publishes. Inline surfaces get cleaned content with required disclosures already appended. Completely inactive for accounts without the add-on.
  • Writer-facing submission status — A "My submissions" tab shows every submission you have made, its current workflow step, its status, and a deep link back to the originating draft. The page opens to My submissions for writers and Queue for reviewers. Writers are notified in-app the moment a submission is approved, rejected, sent back for revision, or auto-decided.

Improved

  • Filter the exam-ready export by date range and firm — Carve out a specific exam window or a single firm instead of downloading the whole archive and trimming it by hand. Firm and date-range pickers are built into the Archive and Export tabs, and single-firm requests are validated against what you are allowed to see.
  • Buy it once for the whole team — Agencies and organizations that purchase Advisor Compliance have the entitlement applied to every team member automatically, and your subscription turns access on and off without any manual flag flipping.
  • Reviewer identity is derived from your login, not from whatever the browser sends, and a reviewer's role must match the current workflow step before their action counts.
  • Archive search and exports are scoped to the firm, not the individual submitter, so principal reviewers and external compliance officers see the full record an exam requires.
  • Approve and reject require a typed e-signature, captured alongside a server-stamped timestamp and IP for the SEC 17a-4 and FINRA 4511 attestation trail. Comments and revision requests stay unsigned.
  • Separation of duties — Platform support staff can view submissions to help you, but are explicitly blocked from approving, rejecting, requesting revisions, or e-signing on a regulated firm's behalf.
  • Only organization admins and owners can configure the firm profile and manage the reviewer roster — regular employees can no longer change the workflow.
